The Charlotte Amateur Radio Society is hosting another event for Winter Field Day. The event begins on January 29th at 9:00 am and continues until Sunday, January 30th at 2:00 pm. We plan to operate from the Pavillion located at the Deep Creek Park and Preserve. We expect to operate 2 stations outdoors for the 24-hour contest on alternate power. More information will be posted as plans are developed. Everyone is invited to the operation and to get on the air. We need at least six people to commit to manning the facility for the duration of the event.
